Here’s some of the conservation and regenerative agriculture projects currently operating
Outdoor learning Experiences
Easthall Farm hosts the OLE programme to get children into nature and learm about farming and woodland. This includes farm visits and running a forest school.
Jordan’s Conservation Oats
We supply oats for breakfast cereals and have been selected as one of the 40 members of the Jordan’s Farm Partnership as we share a common ethos for supporting wildlife and put 10% of the farm into wildlife areas.
Countryside Stewardship and Woodland Plans with natural England
We are part of Natural England’s Higher Tier Scheme of Countryside Stewardship which supports wildlife, woodland and access to nature while producing food. We have put in 23 kilometers of field margins for wildlife and turned arable fields into grassland with no inputs. We also maintain hedges, plant trees manage existing woodland as well as increase access for walkers, cyclists and horseriders with many miles of extra footpaths and bridleways opened up.
